So far some of the artists who have recorded on the album have been Mykal Rose, Toots Hibbert, Big Youth,  Sly and Robbie,  Tony Chin and Freddie Mcgregor, all stalwarts in the reggae music industry.  The project was recorded at a secret studio in Ocho Rios Jamaica which was set up by Grammy award winning producer Rob Fraboni. The project manager is reknowned USA based entertainment lawyer Cameron Husty.  Several first class engineers were flown in from London Uk with Jamaica’s own Grammy award winning engineer Barry Ohare also adding magic to the project.

Zak Starkey is not only the son of The Beatles drummer Ringo Starr but he is known worldwide as the drummer of the British rock band The Who.  Present at several of the recording sessions on this reggae project was Sean Contractor Edwards of the Contractor Music Group who was very positively influenced by the work ethic and passion displayed by Zak Starkey in the studio. Contractor said he noticed that Zak was very humble and also very versatile as on most of the sessions he saw  Zak playing guitar.  Contractor  is the executive producer of the recently released reggae album Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica which debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Reggae album charts and earned a Billboard Hot Shot award.  Contractor’s Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica project was digitally released through his partners Amada Records out of Atlanta and features heavy weight producers including Mojo Morgan of Morgan Heritage, Jethro Alonestar Sheeran, (first cousin of Ed Sheeran) and Gary Green, radio presenter of Iriefm. The album features also the urban hit Pain with Capleton, Bobo Zarro and Contractor which was produced by Makonnen Blake Hannah.

Zak Starkey left the island of Jamaica with his wife Shhh for tour in Australia  and will return to Jamaica to complete the album. Zak was very influenced by reggae music growing up in the Uk and is no stranger to being to Jamaica and has even performed at the Peter Tosh Tribute concert in Kingston Jamaica. Peter Tosh is one of the founding members of the iconic reggae band Bob Marley and the Wailers.
