This is the Republican's first term and he says he's ready to get down to business. Mihalko's goals for 2018 are to make things more efficient for county residents. That includes smoothing out the process for paperwork and passports.
"We're definitely going to look into increasing our online services, and some of the offsite services, the DMV and possibly the clerk's office going mobile as well," says Mihalko.
Also sworn in were Mihalko's secretary, Deputy County Clerks, and the Executive County Clerk.
