JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. -

Irish Kevin's in Johnson City hosted the Greater Binghamton Chapter Penn State Alumni Association on Monday.

The Nittany Lions took on USC in the Rose Bowl and plenty of Penn State alumni gathered to root on their team. The Greater Binghamton organization has been going 35 years strong and has quite the support group.

It started in the basement with just some great Penn Staters that worked at IBM and got together to start a chapter through our national alumni association. It's such an honor for us to be here, we were in this bar watching the Pitt/Penn State game and thought it was going to be a long season, but each game got better and better so no matter what the outcome is, we're so proud of our team, said GBPSAA President Michele Steinhauser.

The Greater Binghamton association is filled with over 300 active members.
