A Broome County Grand Jury Wednesday handed up an indictment of Jamie D. Allen age 46, for his involvement in the alleged ‘Kingpin’ heroin distribution organization of Devon K. Johnson.
“We will continue to dismantle the big-city drug rings that have plagued our community for too long,” said District Attorney Steve Cornwell. “Those engaged in trafficking deadly drugs will be dealt with swiftly and severely.”
Allen’s indictment follows a 45-count indictment handed up last week of seven additional defendants in the case, including Devon K. Johnson. He was arrested October 27th, 2016 by the Broome County District Attorney’s Office Criminal.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
