Cal Harris has been arrested again. Harris said police arrested him Thursday at 6 p.m. for stalking members of the New York State Police in the Town of Oneonta. NYSP Public Information Officer Nathan Riegel confirmed the arrest.

Harris is being charged with the misdemeanor of Stalking 4th Degree.

Harris commented on the allegations on Twitter early Friday.

In a press release, New York State Police said this arrest occurred after an investigation determined Harris had verbally threatened an off duty New York State Police member and his family while standing in front of the member’s residence in the Town of Oneonta, N.Y. The release continues, "Harris was located and arrested shortly after leaving the member’s residence."

During a press conference in front of the New York State Police Troop C barracks in Owego, Harris claimed that he was "set up" by police. Harris claims was in front of a state police members home to sell a drone to someone who contacted him on a website. Harris alleges police seized his vehicle which contains a dashcam with footage of the incident.

Police say Town of Oneonta Judge Ferrell issued an Order of Protection directing Harris to refrain from having any contact with the victim or his family.  Judge Ferrell further ordered Harris to surrender all firearms in his possession.

A judge found Harris not guilty on May 24 in his fourth murder trial of his estranged wife's death.
