A Binghamton Cocaine, Heroin and Marijuana Arrest Lands Local Man in Legal Trouble
Broome County authorities tell us that they have executed a narcotics search warrant. This on Friday at a residence on Orton Avenue in the City of Binghamton.
Arrested as a result of the search warrant was 32-year-old Harold Battle on Binghamton. Battle was allegedlyfound to be in possession of approximately 22 grams of cocaine and a small amount of heroin and marijuana.
Investigators say they also recovered drug packaging materials, including a scale and $2,884, which they say is suspected drug sale proceeds.
Battle would be remanded to the custody of Broome County Jail.
