Binghamton Murder and Robbery Suspect Pleads Not Guilty
By FOX 40 Staff. A Binghamton man has pleaded not guilty to second degree murder in connection with the death of a man whose body was found in a Mather Street apartment.
Bradley Miles was arraigned Thursday and is facing two counts of felony second-degree murder and two counts of felony first degree robbery.
It is alleged Miles and his co-defendant Ariana Edwards, caused the death of Michael C. Thomas, on August 22nd, 2015. Authorities were called to the apartment on September 8th to investigate a possible death.
Authorities say that during the robbery, the victim suffered knife wounds that resulted in his death.
Edwards was arraigned Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to the same charges.
