Two Accused of Breaking Into Endicott Elementary School

(ENDICOTT, NY)--Broome County Sheriff's detectives have arrested two men in the February break-in at Ann McGuinness Elementary School.
Santiago Concepcion, 18, of Endicott and Joseph Rano, 19, of Binghamton are accused of breaking into the school on Union Center-Main Highway Rd. on February 20 and stealing property.
Investigators said several of the stolen items have been recovered and returned to the school.
Concepcion was arrested on March 4. Rano was arrested Tuesday. Each face one felony count of burglary.
