FBI arrest NY Man And Woman For Making And Distributing Child Pornography

The FBI arrested a man and woman who they believe made and distributed pornographic images of a 16 month old child.
According to the New York Attorney Richard Hartunian, Jason Kopp, 40 of Liverpool, and Emily Oberst, 23 of Syracuse were arrested Friday on child pornography charges.
The report states the two were arrested by FBI agents after a search uncovered evidence of the crime in both the Liverpool and Syracuse residences.
Both Kopp and Oberst face the following charges:
Sexual exploitation of a child by making pornographic images which carry a minimum of fifteen years and a maximum sentence of thirty years imprisonment.
Distribution of child pornography, which carry a minimum sentence of five years and a mximum sentence of twenty years imprisonment. Each charge could also included a fine of up to $250,000.
The report states that Kopp and Oberst appeared in Syracuse and were detained without bail.
