Driver in Delaware County Hit With Charges Related to Prescription Pills

A local arrest related to prescription pills to report.
On Sunday, Delaware County authorities cuffed 36-year-old Thomas G. Evans of Walton. This came as result of a traffic stop on State HWY 268 in the Town of Tompkins.
Authorities say he had a suspended New York State driver’s license and that they located several prescription pills that were not prescribed to the driver.
The authorities handed Evans a number of charges including Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance.
