Binghamton Man Indicted for MurderPosted:

A Broome County Grand Jury has indicted a Binghamton man with Second-Degree Murder.
19-year-old Jonathon Garcia is charged for the shooting that led to the death of 28-year-old Jamaal Moses of Binghamton. The shooting happened in the early-morning hours of February 14th near the intersection of Lake Ave. and Merrill Street in Binghamton.
Police arrested Garcia in Miami, Florida on February 15th. Police believe the fatal shooting was part of a drug deal gone bad. Garcia was also indicted on Robbery and Criminal Possession of a Weapon charges.
