Father Pleaded Not Guilty in Death of Maddox Lawrence
By FOX 40 Staff. Ryan Lawrence, the man accused to murdering his daughter, Maddox Lawrence, pleaded not guilty to second degree murder charges during a short arraignment Wednesday morning.
The body of the 21-month-old Maddox Lawrence was pulled from the water at Inner Harbor in Syracuse on Tuesday.
Lawrence, 24, is being held without bail after he was arraigned this morning. This according to Syracuse.com. Lawrence is being held in the Onondaga County Justice Center.
According to the Amber Alert website, Ryan left home with Maddox after leaving information suggesting he planned to harm himself, and possibly the child. The alert goes on to say that Ryan has a history of mental illness, and is emotionally unstable.
