A Lengthy Investigation Into Meth Leads to Arrest of Binghamton Woman

A 50-year-old Binghamton woman has been hit with four counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Material and other charges.

Police say Ann B. Affholder was found in possession of meth manufacturing materials, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia.

This after The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant Thursday at 2 Baker Road in the Town of Chenango. Officials say this concluded a two month long investigation into the possession and sale of methamphetamine throughout the Broome County area.

Affholder was arraigned at the Town of Chenango Court and was remanded to the custody of the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility without bail.
