By FOX 40 Staff. A Kirkwood man has been arrested in connection with property stolen from a vehicle in the Town of Fenton in January.
The Broome County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dillon H. Fuller, 24 Monday. Fuller is accused of possessing property that was reported stolen from a vehicle in the Town of Fenton on January 28th. During the investigation, Fuller was found to be in possession of an Apple iPad while on Broad Ave. in Binghamton, which was one of the items reported stolen from the vehicle.
Fuller was charged with one count of Felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
Fuller was processed on the above charge and released on an appearance ticket to return to the City of Binghamton Court at a later date.
