Woman Arrested had 25 Suspensions on her License

A Rochester woman who was arrested in Deposit on Tuesday for aggravated unlicensed operation had 25 suspensions on her license.

New York State Police at Deposit arrested Darilyn Cabrera, 32, of for felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. This arrest occurred after a traffic stop when Cabrera failed to move over one lane as she drove past a trooper, who was stopped on the shoulder with his emergency lights activated, on State Route 17 in the Town of Hancock.

Police then discovered that Cabrera had 25 suspensions on 15 different days. She also had an active bench warrant for assault with the City of Newburgh Police Department.

Cabrera was arraigned in the Town of Hancock court and was remanded to the Delaware County jail in lieu of cash bail $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond. Her next court date is pending.
