Police: Endicott Man was Driving Person with Order of Protection Against Him
By FOX 40 Staff. An Endicott man has been arrested for felony criminal contempt after driving with someone who had an order of protection against him.
New York State Police arrested Levelle E. Martin, 39, of for felony of criminal contempt and other traffic violations on Tuesday. The arrest occurred after police observed Martin driving a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. A police investigation revealed that Martin’s passenger had a valid order of protection against him.
Martin also had 11 suspensions on his driver’s license on 4 different days.
Martin was arraigned at the Town of Union court and was remanded to the Broome County jail with no bail set at this time. His next court date is pending.
