Four Teens Arrested in Connection with Burglaries

The Endicott Police have arrested four teens in connection with two burglaries of a storage area at the Grippen Park BMX track that occurred in November.

On January 15, Endicott police arrested Steven A. Cardona Diaz, age 17 of 1104 North St. Endicott, Michael D. Truelove Jr. age 16, of 1906 E. Main St. Endicott, Richard M. Cornell age 16, of 1049 Stanton Hill Rd. Nichols, NY, and a 15 year old male of W. Franklin St. Endicott for Burglary in the 3rd degree, class D felonies.

Cardona-Diaz, Cornell and the 15 year old are accused of unlawfully entering the storage area on November 21, 2015 and stealing BMX bicycles and Cardona-Diaz, Cornell and Truelove accused of unlawfully entering the storage area stealing BMX bicycles and parts on November 22, 2015.

Cardona-Diaz, Cornell and Truelove were arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and released on their own recognizance and the juvenile was issued a juvenile appearance ticket to appear in Broome County Family Court at a later date.
