How Much Does NY Owe Your School?

Education advocates say state schools are owed 4.8 billion dollars.

How did they get to that number?

A new report by the Alliance for Quality Education, a labor-backed education coalition, included billions the state still owes schools from a 2006 court-ordered ruling.
