Police Arrest Area Man for Tattooing Teen Without Permission
Monday, January 11, 2016 10:44 PM EST
Did you know that you can get in trouble with the law for unlawfully giving out tattoos?
45-year-old Donald R. Douglas found this out. New York State Police arrested him after the father of a Harpursville teen said his daughter received a tattoo last month without his permission.
Police say he unlawfully placed a tattoo on an under-aged woman while he was at home and charged her for it.
Douglas, a Sanitaria Springs resident, was hit with misdemeanor charges of unlawfully dealing with a child. He is slated to appear in Town of Colesville court on January 20th.
