Bearcats hope to Continue Momentum in Philadelphia

The Binghamton University men's basketball team has been desperate for a win, with a 2-9 record going into Tuesday's game. However, they managed to improve that against Mount St. Mary's with a win by 62 to 53. Head Coach Tommy Dempsey hopes that the victory will give his team momentum to improve the way their season is going, and helps them gain the edge in the competitive game against the Quakers on Saturday.

"We know we have a tough game at the Polester and we know we have Stonybrook coming in here for the first league game, so it was nice to break the losing streak, and now to go into our next game with a little bit of momentum. Its a game that should be very competitive, and hopefully our spirit is up coming off a win." said the Head Coach in a post game press conference on Tuesday.

The Quakers, whom the Bearcats will play on Saturday, have a record of 5-7 on the season.
