Four Arrested In Chenango Forks Shooting

New York State Police in Kirkwood are investigating a residential shooting. The incident occurred Monday, December 14 around 11:00 p.m at a residence on State Route 79 in the Town of Chenango Forks.

According to NYS Police, a rifle was used to shoot through a kitchen window of a home that held two adults and three children.

Brian Stevens, 29, Joseph Spencer, 31, Chelsie Boyce, 23 and Joseph Walcott Jr., 30, all of Binghamton were arrested as suspects and charged with one count of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, both felony charges.

Joseph Walcott Jr. was also charged with Criminal Contempt in the first degree. All suspects were remanded to the Broome County Correctional Facility.

The investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.
