Father Pleas Not Guilty in DWI Crash That Killed Daughter

A man facing 31 charges in the DWI crash which killed his daughter has plead not guilty on all counts. Daniel haynes III is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, four counts of reckless endangerment and three counts of aggravated DWI.

Police say on April 24th Haynes was driving his children and two other adults from his home to another in the Town of Virgil.

6-year-old Asia Haynes died in the crash. Haynes' two other children suffered non-life threatening injuries. Haynes remains in the Cortland County Jail without bail. A bail appearance has not yet been scheduled. Haynes has 45 days to file any pre-trial notices.
