A Binghamton man who was involved in Wednesday's hit-and-run that injured a toddler, turned himself in yesterday according to Binghamton police.
Authorities say that Joseph Pascarella, 31 stuck a 3-year-old child in a stroller while he was driving around 3:30pm. After hitting the child, he drove away.
Police say the child suffered minor lacerations from the incident that occurred at the corner of Park and Vestal avenues.
Pascarella was booked after turning himself in, but posted bail shortly after, according to detectives. They have not yet released any information regarding his trial date or charges.
