A Prescription Drug Related Arrest in Broome County

According to authorities, a young man has been arrested locally for trying to steal prescription drugs yesterday.
Broome County Sheriffs say 22-year-old Michael Nicholas was arrested after he allegedly tried stealing prescription pills from a Town of Chenango residence.
Apparently, Nicholas become physical with a family member after being confronted about the pills. Even after the police recovered the pills, they say he continued to struggle.
The Town of Chenango Court charged Nicholas with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
