Pair of Seton seniors make college choices official

Brenna McGovern-Lind and Matt Ogozaly made their college choices official Friday signing their National Letters of Intent. McGovern-Lind will play Field Hockey at Slipper Rocky and Ogozaly will play baseball at Fordham.

Both are happy to have this day behind them and be able to focus on the future, and are both confident that they made the right choice.

"They were the first school to really recruit me, showed the most interest. Coaches were great to me," Ogozaly said. "As soon as I got on campus there was nothing not to like about it. Every other school I visited after that I compared it right to Fordham. It was the best. I feel like I fit the best there."

"They have a great academic reputation in physical therapy which I'm planning on persuing as my major," McGovern-Lind said. "The field hockey team, I'm just so excited to play for them. It's a great team, I love the coach and as soon as I stepped on campus I loved it."

Ogozaly plans to study economics.
