Owego woman charged with aggravated drunk driving, harassment
Tuesday, November 10, 2015 11:18 AM EST
By Kerry Longobucco.
An Owego woman is facing charges following a domestic dispute at a home in the Town of Owego Sunday night, according to New York State Police.
Troopers responded to a residence on Pine Hill Road after receiving a 911 call about a domestic disturbance at that address.
After investigating, authorities determined Kimberly Osmond, 45, had driven home while intoxicated, and then gotten into a physical dispute with her husband, who then made the 911 call.
Osmond was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a B.A.C. result of .30 percent, and harassment in the second degree. She is due in Town of Owego court on November 12.
