Broome County Police Officers Announce Support for District Attorney Gerald Mollen
Tuesday, October 27, 2015 9:16 PM EDT
A group of Broome County police officers announced their support Tuesday for District Attorney Gerald Mollen.
Current and retired officers announced their endorsement for Mollen’s 2015 candidacy.
They say his ability to tackle problems with crime, gangs, child abuse and violence over the past 28 years has proven Mollen to be the right candidate for the job.
Mollen will take on republican opponent Steve Cornwell on November 3rd. Cornwell has received the endorsement of the Broome County Sheriff's Law Enforcement Officers Association.
