The High School Football Team of Union Endicott hasn't sported it's flashy orange home jerseys since 1988, but thanks to an Alumnus from 2001, they'll be making a comeback in their home game tonight against Horseheads. Jim Johnson was a star pitcher for U-E Baseball from 1999 to 2001 and went on to be drafted by he Baltimore Orioles in MLB.

He decided to give back to the athletic program that gave him his start by donating the orange jerseys along with Underarmor cleats. Tonight's game against Horseheads begins at 7pm.

"Jimmy Johnson is kind of an icon from Union Endicott, we've been really following him and proud of him for everything he's accomplished once he left U-E, so when he contacted us we were just very appreciative not only for the donation of the jerseys, the football cleats and the monetary value of that but really i'm more appreciative of the type of guy that he is, remembering where he came from." said Josh Gannon, Union Endicott Athletic Director.
