Man Arrested, Charged With Sexually Abusing Child

A Johnson City man is arrested after being accused of sexually abusing and endangering the welfare of a child.
The Broome County Sheriff's Office Detective Division arrested 68-year-old Theodore D. Horton of Johnson City, N.Y. for Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Horton is accused of having sexual contact with a person under the age of 11 during the summer for 2010, while in the Town of Maine.
Horton was arranged with both charges in the town and remanded to the Broome County Sheriff's Office Correctional Facility without bail.
