Fall Harvest Dinner Allows Students To Eat What They Had Grown
A celebration of the successes of the Roosevelt School garden and the vegetables grown by students seemed to be one that tasted pretty darn good!
The Fall Harvest Dinner at this Binghamton elementary school brought out families and others who participated in the Eat Well. Play Hard. Binghamton! project. This gave students the opportunity to grow their own veggies and a good time was had by all when eating them!
A group behind this dinner was the Healthy Lifestyles Coalition which works to improve the health of children and families in our community.
