It's a sound dreaded by the resident s of rogers mountain way in the Town of Dickinson, one that means confinement, however temporary.

"You know the periodic times when the train comes to a stop and you have no idea how long it's going top be, that's what really upsetting and sooner or later it's only a matter of time before there's some emergency up here." said, Michael Kuntz, Resident of Rogers Mountain Way.

Construction crews are hard at work building a second outlet from Phelps Street to North Moeller Street, but until it's done, the trains continue to be a problem.

"Since this hit the headlines a couple weeks ago, we've had two or three blockages, one lasted about 40 minutes, outside of that the progress of the construction of the road is going great, of course it's all pending on weather, and the weather has been on our side so far." said Michael Marinaccio, Dickinson Town Supervisor

Nice weather that isn't expected to last much longer. Marinaccion does say if the weather holds the road should be complete by the middle of November.
