Fantasy Sports Scandal Continues, New York's AG Reacts

New York State's Attorney General is looking into a popular daily fantasy sports website.

There are reports that an employee of the company may have won hundreds of thousands of dollars using inside information. Eric Schneiderman is asking the CEO of Draftkings a number of questions. Among them he wants the company to identify the employees responsible for gathering data, explain where that data is kept, and describe what limits there are, if any, to this data.

Schneiderman is asking for a response to his questions by October 15th. Schneiderman calls the letter a limited, initial inquiry. rival site Fanduel announced that it was permanently barring its employees from playing daily fantasy games on any site.
