Binghamton Native Accused of Killing Wife Back in Jail
The Binghamton native charged with killing his wife in Steuben County is headed back to jail. Steuben County Sheriff's arrested Thomas Clayton for violating an order of protection.
He appeared in the town of Caton court Wednesday morning. He was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, and was sent back to the Steuben county jail.Bail was set at $500,000 cash.
Clayton is charged with second degree murder after his wife Kelley Clayton was found dead in their town of Caton home on September 29. Clayton was released from the Steuben County jail after he made his $250,000 bail on Monday.
