Yogi Berra's Local Connection

A very sad day for baseball fans everywhere as Yogi Berra has passed away at the age of 90. In remembering his legacy, we discovered that he was part of Broome County's own sports history.

While for some it may only a distant memory, there once was a time when the triplets of Johnson City were the farm team of the New York Yankees. Today we talked to Steve Kraly, a former triplet and world series pitcher about what he remembers of the future hall of famer he threw to.

Yogi Berra died peacefully of natural causes yesterday which just happened to be 69 years to the day after his major league debut.
