Broome County Candidates Officially Kick off Campaign Season in New Headquarters

Broome County Democratic candidates are officially kicking off their campaign season at their new headquarters on 95 court street in Binghamton.

The building used to be the corporate office for Crowley Foods but after weeks of work it is now a state of the art campaign center.

Saturday afternoon, state, county and local candidates rallied to support State Senate candidate Barbara Fiala.

Fiala was in the news earlier this week about receiving negative advertisements on social media and this new space will help Fiala and her team focus on the election in November.

"I've always had to work hard for what I got. It was never given to me. So I plan to bring that same drive to this campaign and to re-energizing this community. It's very important to me, I love it," said (D) Candidate for State Senate, 52nd District Barbara Fiala.

After showing tours, Fiala and her team hit the streets to talk with residents. She also says that her first TV ad campaign will air this Tuesday.
