Ithaca Police Ask for Help with Robbery and Assault Investigation

Police are investigating after an Ithaca man is beaten unconscious and robbed.
Ithaca police say the victim was walking on Chestnut Street on Friday when he was attacked.
They say two possible more men robbed him and left him unconscious.
The man was airlifted to a local hospital trauma and as of Saturday afternoon is stable.
Authorities believe the victim knew his attackers.
