Johnson City Field Days Makes Labor Day Weekend Fun
Sunday, September 6, 2015 11:03 PM EDT
Families are continuing to enjoy festivities at the Johnson City Field Days.
Hundreds came out for the third day of the event to try their hand at carnival games, ride fast-paced rides and taste all of the savory festival foods.
Kids say the field days are the perfect way to wrap up their summers as they head back to school later this week.
"There's a lot of things to do," said Owego Resident Joshua Fahey, "Kind of some freedom before you go back."
"It gets your energy out with all of the rides and it's a lot of fun," said Johnson City Resident Delaney Gaughan.
The Field Days will continue Monday at noon with fireworks at 9:30.
