Closing arguments on the way in the trial of a man accused of robbing and beating another man to death.
In fact, closing arguments will begin tomorrow for Nigel Smith.
Today, a Broome County jail inmate said Smith confessed to playing a role in the murder of Bretnie "Sha" Owens. Russel Towner said this happened while Smith was in jail in 2013.
Smith's co defendant, Calvin Bell was found not guilty of the murder in June.
