A Review of What the Long Arm of the Law Handled Locally in Our Crime Wrap

Charges will stand against Justin Holloway, the man accused in a standoff in Sayre, Pennsylvania on July 31st.

Holloway is charged with terroristic threats, prohibited offensive weapon and unlawful possession of weapons of mass destruction.

Today Judge Michael Shaw bound the charges over to the Court of Common Pleas.

Police surrounded a home in Sayre but found Holloway in a different location after a 10-hour standoff.

Sayre police took Holloway into custody without incident.

Holloway was taken to the Robert Packer Hospital for treatment on a mental health warrant.

Also, a Binghamton man is charged with Grand Larceny after police say he stole from his uncle.

Sate Police have arrested 37-year-old Jesse Henehan Sr.

They say he took over $1,700 in items from the home on Walling Road in Colesville without his uncle's permission.

The items included an ATV and power tools.

Jedediah Hotchkiss was arrested by Johnson City Police. This after the 21-year-old allegedly made unwanted sexual contact with an ex.

Authorities say he also threatened to physically harm the victim. He is charged with first degree sexual abuse.

Binghamton Police say they arrested a man who committed an assault and burglary hours apart at Botnick Chevrolet on Front Street.

Police say Andre Jenkins assaulted two employees before six o'clock last night. He was charged with assault and released.

Police then say they responded to Botnick just after 2:30 this morning for a business alarm and found Jenkins inside. Police then charged Jenkins with burglary.

And, a pre-trial conference is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon in Schoharie County in the case of Cal Harris. He's the Town of Spencer Man accused of killing his wife Michele in September of 2001.

Harris was twice convicted of her murder, but had both convictions overturned on appeal. Harris' third trial in Schoharie county ended in a mistrial on May 15th after a jury could not reach a unanimous verdict.

Michele Harris' body has never been found.
