By Fox 40 Staff. Charges will stand against Justin Holloway, the man accused in a standoff in Sayre, Pennsylvania on July 31st.
Holloway is charged with terroristic threats, prohibited offensive weapon and unlawful possession of weapons of mass destruction. Tuesday Judge Michael Shaw bound the charges over to the Court of Common Oleas. Police surrounded a home in Sayre but found Holloway in a different location after a 10-hour standoff.
Sayre Police took Holloway into custody without incident. Holloway was taken to the Robert Packer Hospital for treatment on a mental health warrant.
