Davis College Transportation

You can now take the bus to Davis college.
The school and BC transit announced a new stop right in front of the main campus. according to BC transit, about 150 students and staff use public transit to get to and from transit, which translates into thousands of rides per year. BC transit says it will also provide more services for the school's Chrisfield campus. "By making it easier for people to use BC Transit both here and in the community it also makes it attractive for Davis College to attract more people," said BC Transit Commissioner Greg Kilmer.
"I remember as an 18-year-old coming onto this campus without a vehicle and always bumming rides from somebody, so I think it's really helpful to be able to have the transit right here," said Dr. Dino Pedrone, President of Davis College. The agreement between Broome County and Davis College is similar to the one the county has with both Suny Broome and Binghamton University.
