Pulled over 53 year old Sonia Ramirez of Ottawa, Illinois and the Bronx, New York on Saturday morning at about 12:30. Police say a deputy smelled marijuana in the car. a search of Ramirez' purse led to the discovery of a half ounce of cocaine and a quantity of marijuana. a search of her car led to the discovery of 499 glassine envelopes of heroin, according to police. Ramirez is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, and throwing refuse on the highway.

Deputies say the cocaine, heroin, and marijuana seized was destined to be sold in the village of Sidney and had a street value of $10,000. ramirez is in the delaware county jail on $75,000 cash bail.
