City Reviewing Lodge After Homicide

Binghamton Mayor Rich David said the city is considering going through the process that could eventually shut down the Antler Lodge on Chenango Street under the city's Lockdown Law.

Last Friday 33-year-old James High was shot and killed outside of the establishment. David said a homicide is a 12-point violation under the Lockdown Law. 12 points within a 6-month period can lead to a lockdown. Before locking down a property, the City must attempt to work with it's owner and get permission from a judge.
