National Children's Leukemia Foundation Faces Lawsuit

The National Children's Leukemia foundation is facing a lawsuit for allegedly using its funding for non-charitable purposes.
The office of Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is suing group, claiming it was calling itself a leading organization in the fight against Leukemia.
The lawsuit alleges between 2009 and 2013 the foundation raised 9.7 million dollars across America.
The suit alleges the group was misusing donations that were to be used in helping those who were dying, including children.
