Legal Setback Endicott Residents Seeking Injunction Against National Pipe & Plastics
A legal setback for the group of Endicott residents who are seeking an injunction against National Pipe and Plastics to stop their manufacturing of pipe at their West Endicott plant.
The plaintiffs claim the noise, odor, and traffic from the operation of the company's plant is interfering with their quality of life. However, on Friday New York State Supreme Court denied their request saying more proof is needed to back up their claim. The group's attorney Ron Benjamin says he's disappointed with the ruling, but fully understands the judge wants all the facts before making such a big decision.
