A Maine resident is facing felony charges after police say he was driving under the influence.
Broome County Sheriff's officials arrested 40-year-old Eric Mooney on Maine Street in the Village of Endicott just before 1:00 Saturday morning. Deputies say Mooney performed poorly on a field sobriety test and later refused a breathalyzer test.
Police also found that Mooney was driving with a restricted license. He was arrested and processed at the Broome County jail and is set to return to Endicott Village Court at a later date.
