DWI Felony Arrest over Holiday Weekend

A Cortland County woman is facing DWI charges after police say she was involved in a traffic accident July 4th.
State Police say 29-year-old Christina Lynch crashed her car with two children inside.
Police say Lynch had a BAC of .16 that's twice the legal limit.
She faces DWI, Endangering the Welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana charges.
Lynch was arraigned to the Town of Preble Court and remanded to $2,500 dollars cash bail and $5,000 dollar bond.
