Binghamton Fugitive Caught Following Five Hour Manhunt

A man wanted for an armed hold-up in Binghamton led police on an almost-five hour manhunt in the Albany area Wednesday.

According to police Justin Creeley fled into a wooded area in Colonie after being spotted about 2:00pm.

The footage in the link below of the manhunt is courtesy of the Fox affiliate in Albany.

Multiple police agencies were involved in the search, which included state police helicopters and police dogs.

Creeley was spotted at a Popular Park in Colonie, causing an evacuation and road block.

Creeley surrendered without resistance about 6:45pm Wednesday night.
