Owego Man Faces 10 Years for Heroin Sales

An Owego man is facing ten years in state prison after pleading guilty to two counts of attempted sale of heroin.

33-year-old Joseph Farrow tried to sell heroin to another person on September 14 of 2014 and April 28 of this year. Farrow also faces four years of post-release supervision. Farrow is currently in Tioga County Jail until his sentencing on August 17th.
