Bronx Man Wanted for Murder Arrested in Johnson City

Local police have arrested a Bronx man they say murdered a 14-year-old boy.

Johnson City police got a tip Saturday that Travis Bloch may be in the area. Binghamton and Johnson City police approached Block on Main Street and arrested him after a two-block foot chase.

New York police detectives took custody of Block who is charged with second-degree murder for the death of 14-year-old Christopher Duran on May 22nd in the Bronx. Bloch is also charged with attempted murder for a second shooting. He also faces weapons charges.
